Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

Contact form: name, company, email address, country, type of enquiry, product category and your message.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and server logs to deliver the website securely.
Analytics: only if you accept cookies, aggregated data about how the website is used (see the cookie policy).

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, forward it to the group brand concerned: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To measure visits: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

The group company that operates the brand your enquiry relates to, only if needed to answer you.
Service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (sending of contact form emails), our email provider and, only with your consent, Google Ireland Ltd (analytics).

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship requires us to keep them longer or the law obliges us to.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@hte.gg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the authority in your country of residence.
